rbx's server does not store or offer music. It keeps shared playlists: their names, members, and what each song in them is (title, artists, length and a few facts). Songs pass only between the computers of a playlist's members, encrypted by those computers.

Sending a notice

If you believe a shared playlist is used to share your work without your permission, write to [LEGAL_EMAIL not set] with:

• the work, and that you own its rights or act for the one who does;
• what points us to its use: the shared playlist's invitation link or name, and the songs' titles;
• your name, address and email, and that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed, and that what you write is accurate.

What we do

We remove the songs concerned from the shared playlist (or the playlist), so no member's rbx offers them any more, and tell the members who added them. Accounts that do it again are suspended. A member who believes a removal was a mistake can answer at the same address; we tell the sender of the notice, and may restore what was removed if the law allows.
